2. Use your Enrollment Code: 1st 3 letters of First Name + 1st 3 letters of Last Name + 8 digit Date of Birth in “mmddyyyy” format.

Example: Brad Smith born Jan 1, 1983: brasmi01011983

Once your account has been created you will sign in with the username (email address) and password you create.
